Search requests

Using the search facility you can see a summary of requests you have made using either Enquiry Access(via Phone) or Internet Access.

You can search this feature by account number, type of request, date range, by user, or by dollar amount.

By selecting the history of a request, you can see all the actions that have been taken to resolve your request.
