ANZ Smart Choice Super and Pension Insurance premiums

Your cover will commence when your account has received an initial contribution. Premiums are deducted from your respective ANZ Smart Choice account at the beginning of each month and are paid to the insurer.

Important information
Before redirecting your super or moving your money into your ANZ Smart Choice Super account, you will need to consider whether you will incur any withdrawal fees, costs or lose any benefits when moving from your other fund. You will also need to consider whether moving your super from your current fund will affect any insurance cover you have in your other fund(s).

Insurance cover within ANZ Smart Choice Super and Pension is issued by OnePath Life Limited.  OnePath Custodians reserves the right to change insurer, or vary the benefits or premium rates from time to time. For benefits and exclusions, please refer to the  ANZ Smart Choice Super and Pension Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and ANZ Smart Choice Super and Pension Additional Information Guide (AIG).
